So as I mentioned in my previous video, I did my first Sephora Australia haul and picked up a bunch of awesome products! I was super excited to show you guys all of it, that I got too excited and thought I could also add a GRWM with that.. haha yeah another 40 minute video, no thanks haha!

I'm Back!! :)

Hello there, in case you forgot, I'm Demi ;) Where have I been? Well, if you follow me on snapchat or Instagram, you would already know that I went to New Zealand on a fifteen day cruise around both the North and South Island!! It was amaaaazing!! No, but honestly, I'm so sorry for not having a video up for you guys, I've been back about 3 weeks now, but unfortunately settling back into my usually routine has been a lot harder this time.. working a lot to have money to do these awesome hauls for you guys, and also I'm heading to England in July/August, which will be exciting!! Welcome back to my channel, so today's video is a First Impressions, Demo and Review on the Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless Foundation in the shade 220 Natural Beige. After reviewing the original Fit Me Foundation (now called the dewy skin foundation), and liking it, I was super eager to try the matte version of it for you guys today!

I also wanted to announce that after every 10 first impression foundation reviews, I'll be doing a TAKE 2: Updated Foundation Review video which will give you a second review on each of the ten foundations after I have worn them for a while. That way you not only get to see my first impressions, but also get a separate review on my updated thoughts. So I think that would be super helpful! :D

MAYBELLINE FIT ME MATTE & PORELESS Foundation - 220 Natural Beige
** TOTAL REVIEW TIME: 8 Hours **
COLOUR MATCH: 7/10 (Great at first but oxidised quickly into an orange undertone)
APPLICATION: 8.5/10 (Blended out nicely, looked more smooth with a sponge!)
COVERAGE: 7/10 (Light-Medium, Matte Finish)
TEXTURE: 8/10 (Semi-buildable, Medium consistency - not too thick or thin)
LONGEVITY: 8.5/10 (Overall kept me quite matte, a little oily under the eyes/around the nose)
OVERALL GRADE: B (A nice foundation, looked quite smooth, however looked a bit cakey upon layering with a brush)
RECOMMEND: Maybe (I do think it works nice for mattifying, left the skin looking smooth, however didn't like the oxidisation and cakey wear. Will need to try more!)
